Our Vision
Our vision of the Day Treatment Program is to provide comprehensive and integrated treatment to youth with serious emotional disorders. The approach to treatment is based on the premise that a therapeutic environment must be provided for the child/family in order for behavioral changes to be achieved and for those changes to be internalized.
History
Avenues To Success, Inc. was founded in 2007, and formally incorporated with the North Carolina Secretary of State on April 08, 2008. Avenues To Success is a dedicated youth services company devoted to helping our youth of today create paths to open doors for a successful future. ATS is a provider for at –risk youth and their families to build positive life outcomes.
Avenues To Success believes that an investment in children is an asset in the future of our country. The compassion, experience, knowledge, and skills possessed by the owners were essential to building ATS. The company was built on hard work, fidelity, ethical values and determination. ATS believes that in a consistent nurturing and caring environment kids learn how to re-direct their behavior, take responsibility for their actions, and internalize the skills to become productive, successful citizens.
Since 2007, Avenues To Success has been successful at arranging fundraisers to provide school supplies for low-income neighborhoods. ATS has held discussion groups in local neighborhoods for at-risk teens to discuss topics such as teen pregnancy, youth violence, and negative peer pressure.
